Latin@ Education Research Hub Opening Reception

A new initiative – the Latin@ Education Research Hub – will open in the School of Education later this month, directed by Assistant Professor Juan Carrillo. The hub will be organized around three core areas: public pedagogy, university-community/school partnerships, and critical Latin@ education research. The Hub will have a local, state and national focus, seeking to provide a leading role in Latin@ educations issues. An opening reception is planned for Feb. 24 at 1:30 p.m. in Peabody 015.
