In its efforts to continue to diversify UNC, the UNC Latina/o Studies Program will be offering four (4) part-time positions for fall 2021. DOECL graduate instructors will commit to four (4) hours per week for five (5) weeks to incorporate Latina/o Studies content into their ENGL 105 and 105i courses, paid at $20/hr. We encourage applicants to consult the resources in our Instructional Support for Graduate Teaching Fellows page, which includes information on teaching Latina/o Studies in the natural sciences, social sciences, business, and humanities along with sample unit assignments. Additionally, we urge instructors to keep in mind their Full-Time Employment (FTE) status throughout the application process, to ensure that there are no conflicts with financial aid guidelines.
