Latinx Heritage Month at Duke: “Making the Latino South” Book Launch

Come celebrate the release of “Making the Latino South: A History of Racial Formation,” Professor Cecilia Márquez’s book on the history of Latinos in the US South from 1940-2011.
Márquez and Wesley Hogan will discuss the book from 5:15-6:00PM followed by a catered reception and book signing from 6:00-6:30PM (Books will be available to purchase or can be purchased in advance at Bookshop, UNCPress, or Amazon).
